So we went on this ghost tour, right? The tour guide was awesome, and we even felt some weird stuff in our room like it was haunted for real 😳 like something walking on my feet, made me freeze. In another moment, the keys just decided to fall off the dresser-what is that 🥴? It's great when a place has character like that.
It wasn’t exactly pocket change, but honestly, I could deal with it because of the experiences.

This place was just a suitable option for a short visit in Eureka Springs with decent value for money. The breakfast vouchers were a nice touch, especially the strawberry-garnished French toast.

The grounds are stunning and perfect for kids! We thoroughly enjoyed the nightly ghost tours that highlighted the hotel's spooktacular history, and the kids loved hunting for ghosts. Plus, the outdoor bar area with all the fun games provided hours of entertainment.
My kids wished there were more kid-friendly menu options.

The room upgrade to a king suite provided a stunning mountain view and a luxurious jacuzzi tub for relaxation. Breakfast options, including strawberry French toast and Moroccan pancakes, were highlights of our stay. However, the limited time for the ghost tour felt rushed, and the older room's stuffiness was noticeable without the AC. Also, navigating the steep streets can be challenging for some guests.

beautiful experience but some areas need refinement
The staff made my daughter feel special for her birthday with thoughtful gifts. The pool area was enjoyable with plenty of activities to keep our family entertained. The view from the top was impressive and added to the overall ambience.
The price of dining options may deter some guests.

We had a lovely stay in a comfy room with super soft beds and great lighting. The outdoor pool and spa were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. One small hiccup was some noise from nearby events in the evening, but it didn’t ruin our experience. 😊

I loved the creepy old charm of the hotel, with its authentic Victorian furniture and fascinating dining options, especially the restaurant in the Crystal Ballroom! The photos were a bit misleading about room size; it felt cozier than expected. I'd totally return!

The hotel has an amazing historic charm. The views from my room were stunning, offering a great sight of the surrounding Ozark Mountains. Staff members were friendly and helpful at every turn, making check-in easy. The ghost tour was a highlight. I loved hearing the spooky stories while exploring. The evening ambience in the lounge was delightful. However, the room cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dust on surfaces. The mattress needed replacing, as it felt saggy and worn. The food at the on-site restaurant was a mixed bag. breakfast tasted fresh but the dinner service was slow, with long wait times for our meals. I also noticed the water pressure in the shower was low, and the bathroom had some maintenance issues. Overall, I enjoyed my stay but the housekeeping and dining experience require attention.
